will be run on the Saturday BEFORE Testing.
These sessions are perfect for any students who may want to improve their
Artistic Expression on their form or perhaps are struggling with their Sparring
or Board/Wood Breaking, or maybe want to check that they are fully prepared for
Testing or a Tournament.
